Sunny Lax has spent nearly two decades at the forefront of melodic electronic music. Since his breakthrough on Anjunabeats in 2006, the Hungarian DJ and producer has built an extensive catalogue of originals and remixes, released his debut album Crystals, and performed around the world at events including EDC, Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Luminosity and The Gorge.
Away from the stage, much of his daily work is focused on production, mixing, mastering and artist development. He has helped producers at every level turn unfinished ideas into focused, release-ready records, with an approach that combines musical instinct, technical precision and honest, practical direction.
Whether the goal is fixing one track, developing a signature sound or reaching professional label standards, Sunny focuses on identifying the decisions that will make the biggest real-world difference.
If you’re not sure your track is ready, you can book a session with Sunny for honest, detailed feedback. If it’s at the right level to move forward, the assessment fee is deducted from the full service.

Work 1-on-1 with Sunny online in weekly sessions over 4 to 8 weeks, with one or two hours each week. Focus on your track, fixing issues, shaping the mix, and getting it finished to a proper standard.
Sunny’s main background is in trance, progressive, melodic techno and progressive house, although the core production, arrangement and mixing principles covered in his sessions apply broadly across electronic music.
No. Sunny works in Cubase, but mentoring and assessment sessions can be carried out regardless of which DAW the client uses. For production and mixing projects, properly exported audio stems and MIDI files are preferred.
The Production Intensive is a short-term, four-session programme focused on one track or clearly defined production goal.
The annual private mentorship is a separate, long-term artist development programme that includes ongoing project feedback, broader creative direction, release and label strategy, and continuous support throughout the year.
For a Track Assessment or mentoring session, a private streaming link or WAV/MP3 file is sufficient.
For production, mixing or mastering work, full audio stems and relevant MIDI files will normally be required after the initial assessment.

Please read these guidelines before booking. They explain who our services are for, how each one works, and what we'll need from you.
Perfect The Mix is built for producers who already have a grasp of their craft. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable writing and finishing your own tracks. If you're just starting out, you'll get far more from these services once you have a few completed tracks behind you.
Every producer works slightly differently, and each will happily work with clients across a range of experience levels — but all of our services assume you already know your way around a project.
Everything starts with a Track Assessment. This is the compulsory first step for anyone who wants full production work, and it's where the producer reviews your music and decides what's needed.
In short:
Track assessments are for near-complete tracks — around 90% there — that you have produced yourself. Send well-developed work rather than sketches or loops, so the producer can give you honest, detailed feedback on where the track is and what would take it to the next level.
To get your track release-ready, it needs to be at a certain standard already — the producer is mixing, mastering and finishing your work to a professional standard, not building it from scratch. The track assessment is where they confirm your track is ready and agree what's involved.
Mentorship isn't for complete beginners, but everyone else is welcome — from producers levelling up to experienced pros after a fresh set of ears. Come with work in progress and specific questions and you'll get the most from your producer's time.
When you book production, you'll get a private link to upload your files securely. Your producer works on them and then returns the finished files — and any track-assessment feedback — to you directly by a private download link. You'll never see anyone else's work, and no one sees yours.
Not sure where you sit? Use these three levels as a rough guide to whether our services are right for you.
